Pantry Decorator

Working closely with the Sous Chef and Pantry Chef, you will be responsible for setting up the cold food display and handling food decorations like ice, fruit, and vegetable carvings. Working in all pantry shops, you must comply with USPH rules and regulations and make sure that all equipment and machinery are properly functioning. You’re the Pantry Decorator we’re looking for if you have a culinary school degree and experience in a similar role, preferably in an upscale hotel, cruise ship, or convention banqueting service.
