Cruise Sales Manager
This position is responsible for managing the Future Cruise Sales and Crown & Anchor Programs. This position will also be responsible for managing all events associated wit h the loyalty program and generating revenue returns from selling future cruises and concurrently. This position is also responsible for new applications for and promoting usage of the Royal Caribbean Visa Credit Card. This position supervises the Loyalty & Cruise Sales Associate position and establishes and drives a positive working environment and focuses on sales, ratings, monthly revenue targets, customer services and operational goals where training, leadership, development, and recognizing overall team performance are paramount.
