INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER

The INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER is responsible for the operational and technical aspects of IT operations on the Destination supporting IT business systems and related equipment by providing knowledgeable support within the timeframes defined in Service Level Agreements. The position is also in charge of the tactical maintenance of communications systems, monitoring system performance, and providing support to maintain maximum uptime of all supported systems. The INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER supports the Service Operation Director in all operational aspects of IT operations to ensure the Destination performance objectives, KPI’s, Guest and Team Member satisfaction, and other key results areas consistently meet and exceed Company’s targets. This position leads by example and requires exemplary organization, multitasking, attention to detail, leadership skills, excellent Guest and Team Member engagement, training, knowledge of the IT product and service standards.
