Traveling Beverage Manager
You will work directly with our shoreside Beverage Director on revenue generation, cost control, inventory management, product rollout and implementation, system improvements, and other ad hoc projects. You will travel extensively to different vessels to support shipboard beverage operations by facilitating training programs, conducting reviews (scheduled and unscheduled), and ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulations. We want you to join us as our next Traveling Beverage Manager if you are highly knowledgeable of current beverage standards and handling procedures, and have progressive experience managing the beverage operations of large upscale cruise ships, hotels, or high-volume banqueting facilities. A degree in hospitality management or business administration, and fluency in additional languages such as French, German, or Spanish are key advantages.
