Assistant Shore Excursions Manager
The Assistant Shore Excursions Manager promotes shore excursion tours and packages to guests. He/she works his/her assigned shore excursions desk shift; prepares and submits required reports; trains new staff members; coordinates tender operations with the Marine department; meets tour operations while in port; and inspects new shore excursions. Preferred candidates have experience in a customer contract related position with working knowledge of customer service techniques; knowledge of ports-of-call and associated ports; and the ability to sell, upsell, and cross-sell tour products and services.
