Senior Traveling Specialty Manager
Empower the different Specialty Restaurants across our fleet to consistently deliver the ultimate dining experience. You will spend 10 to 14 days on board each vessel to ensure that all specialty venues maintain their uniqueness, comply with internal and external requirements, and operate according to established procedures. You will also support shoreside and shipboard Food & Beverage teams by implementing new menus, procedures, products, and promotions, and conducting training and reviews (scheduled and unscheduled) as needed. You’re the dining expert we want if you have progressive restaurant management experience in large upscale cruise ships, hotels, or restaurants, and extensive knowledge of F&B and service procedures.
